Good morning! Today I have a mani for the Hobby Polish Bloggers group – this month the prompt is gradient. I wanted to do a sort of fade-to-black stamping pattern, so I grabbed a pretty polish and got to work.
Polishes used:
LynB Designs Nightmare Revisited (raspberry linear holo)
Collection Blackjack (black crème)
MoYou London Black Knight (black stamping polish)
INM Out The Door (topcoat)
I started with two coats of Nightmare Revisited and let it dry. I surrounded each nail with liquid latex, then once that was dry sponged on a gradient of Nightmare Revisited and Blackjack. I didn’t want too much black at the bottom, just a bit by the cuticle.
Once I’d sponged the gradients, I stamped a pattern from Pueen 74, then removed all the latex and cleaned up. Even using the latex, getting black out of cuticles is a PITA.
I’m very pleased with these, they really do look lovely in real life!

See you soon,
